Using forward biased feed structure for Ku-band satellite communication
The antenna feed system adopts corrugated horn feed
The antenna reflector is composed of aluminum alloy thin shell structure panel, the load-bearing member is carbon steel structure, and the effective diameter is 1.8m.
The antenna steel structure shall be treated by thermal spraying zinc (large parts) or hot-dip zinc (small parts) before coating with topcoat.
The antenna mount is column azimuth-elevation mount position.
The area accuracy of the main reflector of the antenna is δ≤ 0.4mm(r.m.s), and the antenna reloading accuracy is δ≤ 0.5mm(r.m.s)
