Using forward biased feed structure for Ku-band satellite communication
The antenna feed system adopts corrugated horn feed
The antenna reflector is composed of aluminum alloy thin shell structure (or steel plate or carbon fiber) panel, the load-bearing member is carbon steel structure, and the effective diameter is 1.0m.
The antenna steel structure shall be treated by thermal spraying zinc (large parts) or hot-dip zinc (small parts) before coating with topcoat.
The antenna mount is column azimuth-elevation mount position.
The area accuracy of the main reflector of the antenna is δ≤ 0.4mm(r.m.s)
